Hiring Process

Employment procedures. A series of steps followed for filling all employment positions. These steps typically include: defining the position and selection criteria, advertising/posting, applications and assessment (short listing), interviewing, reference checking, and job offers. Skipping one or more of these steps or following different steps for different positions might lead to unfairness in the process.
