Your non-profit’s bylaws can include notice requirements, but these requirements have to comply with the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act and its regulations.
If the bylaws don’t say, the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Regulations state that the amount of notice depends on how notice is given.
