Every non-profit in BC is required by law to have a privacy policy for the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information. In this area you’ll learn about what your organization needs to do to create or maintain your policy, how and why to train your team on privacy rules, how to comply with Canadian Anti Spam Law (CASL) and more.
